Fellow meteorologists and weather hobbyists: Frustrated with the current weather model apps in the store, I wanted a simple interface that (1) automatically loads the latest model runs (if it's 18z why do I care about the 6z run?) and (2) lets me Swipe left to advance the maps instead of the clunky hour by hour clicking in other apps. WeatherMaps does both, letting you quickly toggle between the GFS and NAM, with the additional ability to select default map types. Just pinch the maps to zoom in for more detail!
